Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

I am an NZ/UK size 10 / US size 6 and ordered the XXL - fit me well in the shoulders. The body was a little big but will fit a hoodie/large sweatshirt underneath well. The no-hood jacket has no elasticated binding around the cuff or bottom hem like the hooded version does - no big problem but it makes the fit around this area a little looser. The Navy COLOR is NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE - its is more of a lighter blue/purple. Not at all a deep navy. the fabric is also not shiny which is nice. And i think the duck fill is much lighter than 150-200gr (more like <100gr). But otherwise the product is OK for the price. I am 159cm tall and the arm length and body length of the jacket is good (sits just below hips/on top of bum).

I ordered 3 short down coats with different styles and colors from this store. It took very long, 2 months to arrive Australia. Nice material and workmanship. Ultra light as described. It's not for winters, but good for spring and autumn. Color in person is the same as the online picture. My chest is 92 cm or 36 inches. I should have ordered XL instead of XXL. With Chinese sizes I was worried that XL would be too small. I strongly recommend this short ultra light down jacket!
