What happens to my parcel if it is delivered while I’m not there?
Depending on the destination and the package size, your parcel will be left in your mailbox or on your porch, or it may be left with a neighbour.

Arrived completely flat (rim and hat were a flat board). I used a steamer to try and remove some of the creases but didn't help much. Only noticed a slight fishy smell with the steamer otherwise great quality. Arrived in 3 weeks.
