The material is very soft , bit unfortunately it can’t be worn outside home, it os not supportive as it seams , so i won’t use it at gym.. otherwise it came exactly as picture ..maybe i needed a smaller size… i really recommend to check the size chart very well… i do not recommend for women with bigger size coz the cross strap will make the shape more framed not well settled

This is in now way shock proof. It’s a very light bralette. It’s just enough to keep everything contained. It doesn’t prevent bouncing at all. It might be best as a night bra, since it’s so lightly restrictive.
