I’m 74kg and compared to the chart I bought XL but it seems like a size M or L would’ve been a better choice because XL is baggy for me. Otherwise the material is 95% polyester and 5% elastane. The mesh outer layer is nice and breathable, nice for the hot summer days.

Excellent item, I have already bought several of them. In Chile I am a size M and I bought the XL, which fits well; a smaller size would fit me well, but a bit tighter. 100% recommended.
